How to Apply
Preparing your application
The online form takes about ten minutes. Have your documents ready before you begin.
What you will be asked for
- Personal information: full name, surname, ID or passport number, date of birth, gender, mobile number, email address and residential address.
- Next of kin: full name, relationship and contact number.
- Academic information: highest qualification, matric year and any relevant academic information.
- Programme and preferred intake.
- Supporting documents uploaded securely.

Accepted formats: PDF, JPG, PNG or WEBP. Maximum 10 MB per file. Uploaded documents are stored privately and are visible only to authorised staff.
Fees
A non-refundable application fee of R500 is payable before your application can be submitted. A R6,000 registration fee applies only after your application has been successful and the College has issued official registration instructions. Payment details are shown on the Fees page, and proof of payment is uploaded in the Student Portal.
After you submit
A unique Reference Number, for example KNC-2027-0001, is generated automatically and displayed on your confirmation page. Keep it safe — you will use it together with your ID or Passport Number to sign in to the Student Portal. Applicants never create a password.
