How your personal information is collected, used and protected when you apply to Khanyisa Nursing College.
Information we collect
When you apply we collect the details you enter on the application form: your names, identification details, date of birth, gender, contact details, residential address, next of kin details, academic history, your chosen programme and intake, and the supporting documents and proof of payment you upload.
Why we collect it
Your information is used only to process and assess your application, to verify your application fee payment, to communicate with you about your application, and to keep the records the college is required to keep.
How your documents are stored
Uploaded documents are stored in private, access-controlled storage. They are not publicly accessible and cannot be viewed by other applicants. Only authorised Admissions and Finance staff can open them, and only through short-lived secure links.
Access to your own information
You can view your own application, status, documents and payment information in the Student Portal using your Reference Number together with your ID or Passport number. No other applicant can access your records.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. Information is shared internally only with authorised Admissions and Finance staff who need it to process your application, and otherwise only where the law requires it.
Retention and corrections
Application records are retained for administrative and record-keeping purposes. If any detail is incorrect, contact the Admissions Office on 072 429 8989 or email admissions@khanyisanursingcollege.online and quote your Reference Number.
